1. The Footprint Program

The Footprint Program is a flat-rate, $5,000 digital presence package offered by Any Means Creative LLC ("Any Means," "we," "us," or "our"). The package includes a full-day production session, video and photo assets, website development, backend CRM infrastructure, social media content, and a growth plan, delivered within approximately 14 days from the production day.

2. Package Scope & Adjustability

The package is adjustable and customizable as needed to suit each brand's unique goals. However, Any Means reserves the right to refuse or adjust service during the assessment phase if a brand's specific needs exceed the typical scope of this project package. In such cases, we will communicate any recommended changes, alternative pricing, or a modified scope before work begins.

Any deliverables, services, or assets not explicitly listed in the agreed package scope are considered add-ons and may be quoted separately.

3. Pricing & Payment

The flat rate for the Footprint Program is $5,000 USD, due per the payment schedule agreed at booking. The price remains fixed regardless of whether the production day takes place at our Carlsbad studio or on-site at the client's location, unless additional travel fees apply. Any add-on services, revisions beyond the included rounds, or a-la-carte content requests are billed separately.

4. Timeline & Delivery

The 14-day timeline is measured from the production day, which is considered Day 1. If we are unable to deliver on our promise due to constraints on our end, we will provide an additional content session at no cost. If delays are caused by the client (for example, slow feedback or pending decisions), we are unable to offer additional assets, and the timeline may shift accordingly.

Video revisions beyond two (2) rounds and website revisions after the 14-day build period are available at an additional cost.

5. CRM & Infrastructure

The package includes CRM access for one (1) year. After the included year, CRM membership is $100/month. Upon request, we can transfer ("eject") your account to another provider for a $100 fee. All content, data, and assets created through the program are transferrable and owned by the client upon completion and payment in full.

6. No Guarantee of Results

Any Means does not guarantee specific leads, sales, or business outcomes. While we believe high-quality content can drive significant growth, our focus is on creating assets designed to drive results, rather than guaranteeing the results themselves.

7. Use of Work & Marketing

Any Means Creative may use completed work, case studies, and outcomes for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Tracking & Analytics

This website uses Meta Pixel and Google Analytics to measure traffic and user interactions. By using this site, you consent to this tracking as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Diego County, California.
